\nPRODUCTION FOLLOW-UP \/[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”project-description”]When Chef Thierry<\/span> Marx approached M102 Studio to dress the team of his new restaurant, Madame Brasserie<\/strong>, located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, the tone was set: “My challenge is to create a simple, healthy cuisine, a source of pleasure, as durable as the tower itself.”.<\/p>\n

And just like a brasserie<\/strong>, Thierry Marx wanted to associate all the trades<\/strong> that accompanied him in this project to move forward in symbiosis<\/strong>. That’s why the M102 team shared their creative meetings, inspirations and concepts with the architects in charge of the restaurant.<\/p>\n

The challenge was to create outfits as strong as the world of the chef<\/strong> and the iconic location where the restaurant is located. To do this, we had a special approach to the cuts and materials that were used, especially for the apron and shirt<\/strong>, which are strong symbols in the authentic kitchen. The apron, made in Belgium, has been designed as a key piece of the wardrobe<\/strong>, long and minimalist<\/strong>, functional with its slanted pockets and its large lapel at the waist. The material of the apron is reminiscent of burlap, for its natural<\/strong> but robust style. The shirt, made in Portugal, adopts a purified style with a simple and refined detail<\/strong>, its straight collar, closed asymmetrically by a button, recalling also the passion of Thierry<\/span> Marx for Japan.
